We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

03 User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

04 Payments & Credits

Certain services require payment. All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.

• Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific offer

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Produce deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading media
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our services
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

06 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology on our platforms are the property of SynCerebro, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant SynCerebro a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynCerebro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content
• Business interruption
• Damage to reputation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SynCerebro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
